Help Sam, a Drunk Driver victim.

My name is Jesse Urbano. I am Sam Stinson’s pastor, and this letter is to relate some of the tragic ordeals that Sam has gone thru. On October 5 of 2009, while in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, Sam was in an automobile accident. A drunk driver traveling between 80 and 90 miles an hour hit Sam head on. He was very seriously injured. The police interviewed his wife Terry because they thought this was going to be a homicide, because of the seriousness of his injuries. He had a crushed leg and the other was broken in two places, every bone in his face was broken. He had a ruptured spleen that had to be removed as well as many other internal injuries. He was in ICU for many weeks and required several operations. While in ICU Sam suffered a stroke which left him impaired on his right side as well as in his ability to speak. He had to be revived several times during his hospital stay, which lasted about a year. This left him with mountains of debt. His wife stayed with him hardly leaving his side. They live in Louisville, KY and this left his home and property vulnerable. While they were in Tennessee, several things were stolen from their house. When he was able to finally come home, much physical therapy was needed as well as additional operations. During one of his medical sessions, his home was vandalized. Much damage was done. The drains were stopped up and water left running, stove yanked out and overturned. The TV was thrown to the floor and the house thoroughly ransacked. With mounting bills and no longer able to work, the debts continued to rise. His home is now in foreclosure and they are struggling to try to keep their heads above water. Sam could use additional medical equipment, a handicapped equipped van as well as additional medical treatments. I have known Sam for over 40 years. He has always been a hard worker. This has helped in his rehabitation. He is still not able to walk without a walker and then not very far. He is mostly confined to a wheel chair. He started working at the young age of 13 and brought the money to his mother to help the family. His father had died while he was very young. Sam would love to walk again and be able to work, but without financial assistance the prospects are dim. He is worthy of assistance, any financial aid would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read of his plight.
Sincerely Jesse Urbano (Pastor)

Hello everyone, my pastor wrote the above letter for us but i'm trying despertly to save our home.

I have products I'm attempting to sell that I've personally used before the wreck and my nephew and friends are still using this system today.

I am trying to help people who are interested in becoming an insurance claim specialist contractor and the information i'm offering really works.

This is a proven system that I would still be using today if it wasn't for the wreck. My hospital bills alone were over 1 million dollars. So, if any body wants to help out by buying my information it would be greatly appreciated and I know you will not be sorry or dissipointed because I would have given a lot of money for this knowledge before I knew it.

I have worked very hard all of my life until the wreck and i'm not asking for charity.

We have made several request to our mortgage holder in hopes of them re-financing our home but it's been to no avail!

I am just trying to help others by teaching them my knowledge that I have learned over many years, of trial and error save our home and to survive.

I have priced my system very low compared to what you will gain from it.
